There is a scene where all siblings are, Connor included, in the same room. Finally, the first son joins the alliance after he gives up all in the previous season.
Logan is still the one in charge even after his decision to sell his company.

Succession Story
Succession follows the story of the Roy family, the media conglomerate Waystar RoyCo.
The head of the family, Logan Roy (Brian Cox), has his health declined because of his age. He has 4 children with his two previous wives; Connor Roy (Alan Ruck), Kendal Roy (Jeremy Strong), Roman Roy (Kieran Culkin), and Siobhan “Shiv” Roy (Sarah Snook).
Just like the title, the story tells about the succession war between four siblings. Each one of them has a unique condition.
The first son, Connor, is removed from the company affairs and spends his days on the ranch in New Mexico. The second son, Kendal, is very ambitious and believes he is the company’s rightful successor. The third son, Roman, is an immature adult who can’t take responsibility for himself. The last child, Shiv, focuses on politics.
The last season brings the unity of the three siblings. They put aside their rivalry for three seasons to confront their father who one-sidedly sells the company to Matson.
Though their effort is to no avail because of the unexpected betrayal of Tom.
The next season focuses on all siblings banding together against Logan.
How do they handle their father when all of their cards have been rendered invalid? Not to mention the betrayal of Tom and Greg ends up solidifying their position in the next chapter of Waystar.
Let’s wait for their clash in spring 2023.
